YOUR HOLIDAY CARAVAN

Only those persons listed on the booking form can stay in the accommodation, the caravan MUST NOT exceed the maximum capacity stated. If this legal requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund given

  • YOU MUST NOT SELL YOUR HOLIDAY TO SOMEONE ELSE Only those named on the booking form will be allowed to stay in the caravan overnight. If you have to cancel your booking you cannot sell the holiday to someone else. 

Deposits

The deposit must be paid in full to secure the booking, this is in addition to the hire price.

The deposit may vary depending on the caravan booked.

In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, unless cancelled by the caravan owner due to their inability to honour the booking.

Deposits will be returned within 10 days after the caravan has been checked, unless, there has been a breach of the conditions by any of the guests.

Such as, but not limited to :

additional guests staying overnight

breaching booking restrictions/

damage to the caravan or contents, theft of contents, breach of security etc

improper use of equipment

unreasonable behaviour

leaving after the agreed departure time

caravan left untidy/dirty

PAYMENTS

The balance MUST be paid four weeks prior to your holiday dates. payments can be made by card over the phone, by cheque made payable to Mrs A Bennett or by bank transfer. If the booking is within 4 weeks of your holiday start date then full payment must be made including the deposit.

Cancellation by the owners

The booking will be cancelled if:

  1. The Full Deposit is not received within 7 days of booking
  2. The Rental Charge is not received within 4 weeks of the start of the holiday
  3. The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the caravan owner is unable to provide the caravan for the required period and is unable to provide and alternative date.
  4. If cancelled by you before the holiday the full cost will be lost, including the deposit, in other words NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN SHOULD YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY.
  5. Cancellations by the customer - If you cancel your holiday within 2 months of your holiday start date no refund will be given. If you cancel your holiday with more than 2 month before your start date you may get a partial refund ( at owners discretion ) of any monies paid, minus admin and re-advertising costs and providing the caravan can be re-let out.

  • ARRANGE TRAVEL INSURANCE
Unfortunately your holiday DOES NOT include payment protection or holiday insurance, therefore we strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to cover all guests against any losses incurred should you have to cancel your holiday or In the case of 'FORCE MAJEURE' i.e. any event that could not be foreseen or avoided i.e. travel restrictions, lockdown, COVID-19, etc, they are situations we can not accept liability for, they are situations beyond our control. Please check your local Government guidelines as well as the Welsh Government guidelines before booking and travelling.
  • BOOKING PROCEDURE 
Once you have chosen your caravan, you will be sent a booking form that needs to be filled out, signed and returned within 7 days, Remember to include all members of your party, your caravan will become available for your occupation on the date & time shown on your confirmation letter. ( in busy periods these times may vary and possibly be slightly later ) Please do not arrive before your stated check-in time, keys will not be released early as we require time to deal with any unexpected issues that may require attention.
  • LATE ARRIVALS 
Persons expecting to arrive after 5pm must inform us by 4pm by telephone to arrange for the key collection, failure to inform us of any delays may result in you not being able to occupy the caravan until the next day.

  • KEEP THE CARAVAN CLEAN & SECURE
You have a responsibility to leave the caravan as you first find it.
Prior to your stay the caravan has been thoroughly cleaned. Please check the caravan when you arrive and report any issues immediately.
Prior to leaving the caravan please ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and back in place, that all kitchen surfaces and caravan tables have been wiped clean, bins have been emptied as instructed, the floors have been hoovered and left clear of mess.
The caravan should be left in the state you found it so that the owners/cleaners don’t have to spend extra time and delay the next guests.
Failure to keep the caravan clean and tidy will result in the loss of your deposit.
Do not steal any property from the caravan or you will be charged and may face prosecution.
All doors and windows must be closed when you leave the caravan. Failure to do this risks the security of the caravan and the deposit may be withheld.

  • Damage to the caravan or its contents, or the requirement of additional cleaning due excess mess WILL result in loss of full or partial deposit and may result in small claims court action to recover additional charges and replacement costs.

The owners/cleaners will take photographs of any mess or damage they find.

Please respect their property.

SINGLES

Sorry but we do not accept bookings from single sex groups, eg stag & hen parties etc.


AGE LIMIT

We cannot accept a booking unless the main hirer is over the age of twenty five ( 25 )


SMOKING POLICY

As a result of Government legislation, it is illegal to smoke within enclosed public buildings. we ask holiday makers to respect these regulations, all our caravans are strictly NO SMOKING. please note that smoking in a caravan may/will effect your deposit being returned.


PERSONAL POSSESSIONS

You and your party are responsible for the safe keeping of your personal possessions in the caravan while you occupy the accommodation and on the park, you are also responsible for the safety of any electrical item that you bring with you on your holiday.

The caravan owners and the caravan site have no responsibility for any accidents/injury/loss of life whilst in the caravans or on the site .


UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

For the convenience of park guests, we reserve the right to terminate the party's holiday without refund, where the unreasonable or criminal behavior of any persons in the holiday party or their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other park guests.


DOGS

You are welcome to bring your dog with you on holiday in selected caravans, dogs are NOT to be left unattended in the caravan at any time, we ask that you bring your dogs bedding and do not allow your dog on the seating or bedding of the caravan. IN THE INTEREST OF HYGIENE, please ensure that your dog does not foul on the park at any time and MUST be kept on a leash and does not cause a nuisance to other park users, failure to comply will result in termination of your holiday.

If you have booked a NO DOGS ALLOWED caravan you must not allow dogs inside that caravan as these caravans are for the use of customers who suffer an allergy to dog hairs.


VEHICLES

You leave your vehicle & contents on site at your own risk. Neither the caravan owners nor the caravan site will accept responsibility for damage or loss.

The caravan site speed limit must be respected at all times.

Electric/Hybrid cars MUST NOT be charged from the caravan as this is excessive use of electricity and you will be fined.


CHECKING OUT PROCEDURE

Your caravan will be inspected at the end of your stay, in order to receive your deposit back the caravan MUST be left clean & tidy & in the same condition as you found it on arrival, you must vacate the caravan no later than the time stated on your confirmation letter. The deposit WILL NOT be refunded if any of the above terms are breached.


WEBSITE

We take every care to ensure that the details on our website are accurate, photographs are taken in our caravans and are intended for guidance only.


ISSUES

You must report any discrepancies or problems with your caravan to the owners immediately.

You must give the caravan owners a fair and reasonable opportunity to rectify the issues

Please report any accidents, losses, damage caused by you or your party asap to enable us to respond to the circumstances and arrange repair before the next guests arrive.


DEFAMATION WHERE A PROBLEM ARISES WITH YOU HOLIDAY ACCOMADATION, THE OWNER MUST BE NOTIFIED IMMEADIATELY AND HAS THE RIGHT TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. ANY ISSUES OR DISPUTES MUST NOT BE POSTED ON ANY SOCIAL MEDIA SITES, THEY MUST BE DEALT WITH IN A PROFFESSIONAL AND PRIVATE MANNER. DEFAMATION WITH MALICIOUS INTENT WILL NOT BE TOLARATED AND LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.


BEDDING

If you have chosen not to have bed linen provided you MUST bring your own. Failure to provide your own bed linen will result in you having the cost of laundering the mattress/pillow protectors & duvets deducted from your depost.
